15th (Imperial Service) Cavalry Brigade

The 15th Cavalry Brigade was a brigade-size Formation that served with british Empire Forces during World War I in the Sinai and Palestine Campaign. It was originally called the imperial Service Cavalry Brigade and formed out of imperial Service Troops supplied by the indian princely States of Jodhpur Hyderabad Mysore and patiala each with a Regiment of Lancers. At one Time there can be a Maximum of three Regiments in the Brigade. The States of Idar Kashmir and Kathiawar provided smaller Detachments for the Brigade which was sometimes reinforced when on Operations by other british Empire Regiments and Artillery Batteries.
