1914 FA Cup final

The 1914 fa cup final was an Association Football Match between Burnley and Liverpool on April 25 1914 at crystal Palace London. It was the final Match of the 1913–14 Fa Cup, the 43rd Season of the Country's primary Cup Competition, the Fa Cup. Both Teams made their first Appearance in the fa Cup final. Liverpool and Burnley entered the Competition in the first Round and advanced through five Rounds to reach the final both playing seven Matches including two Replays. Burnley had eliminated four Clubs of the first Division of the Football League on their Way to the final.
